Amazing service! My battery died unexpectedly and they managed to get someone out to me within 10 minutes with a battery pack. The driver and receptionist were both super friendly. Such a great customer service experience. Highly recommended!
Brilliant I have used them for quite some time now. They have always been great but this last visit was brilliant. I had an issue with car. So I just rocked up. They were able to look at it straight away, see the problem, managed to get the parts sent over to them and resolve the problem. They kept me informed all the way through and offer me and my child a courtesy car as they were unsure how long it would take to get the parts and fix the car. They informed me what the source of th the parts person had said. They managed to fix the car way before the time they had estimated it would take. Really nice friendly mechanics and receptionists. I have always felt welcomed and special when I go there.
This place is awesome! Particularly the owner. My cars thermostat broke in my car and we started overheating. We were on our way to Mt Ruapehu for the weekend at the snow. We had 4 people in the vehicle so the tow truck turned up with a vehicle for us to drive home in. Instead we asked if we can hire the vehicle for the weekend and without blinking he said yes! He took our vehicle home and we carried on with our trip. With complete trust he let us take his vehicle. Our trip that weekend would have been completely ruined if not for him! I cannot be more greatful.
24/7 WHAKATANE TOWING & SALVAGE is absolute the best towing company I have ever experienced! Brian and his staff were not only knowledgeable and friendly, Brian (the boss and best guy ever) helped us twice! Especially when Budget rental car gave us misinformation over and over and sent all of us on a wild goose chase! Budget Rental is terrible and Brian and his team made everything easy and truly saved the day! As a visitor to NZ, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their help and expertise! You cannot go wrong with 24/7 WHAKATANE TOWING & SALVAGE! THANKS BRIAN!!!
