Member for 30plus years, have had good experiences in the past with flat batteries etc, but today I have had to wait two hours & still waiting for a tow in Papatoetoe Auckland to my home which is in Papatoetoe. I lost my car keys & could not afford a locksmith, so opted to have my car towed home instead.

Broke down in Picton. Not exactly out in the sticks. Phoned the AA at 9am. They stated someone will be with you in 15 to 60 mins. 2 hours later called them again. It'll be another 45 mins. 1230 called them again. Another 30 mins. Pick a different breakdown service. Although I've no idea if it'll be any better, but it can't be worse

Roadside service came to my aid quickly when my car failed to start after I had just loaded the meals I was about to deliver for Meals on Wheels. Thank you for this prompt service, a new battery, which meant I got the job done, just a little late.

I called yesterday as I had broken down on highway 1 on one of the hottest days this summer and had my kids with me. Even though I am not a member I was given so many options about joining and then even contacts for tow companies with the loveliest people on the phone. Thankyou so much a very grateful single mum!!

I have had to use AA Break Down Service several times over the last few years and the experience has, without exception, been excellent. Most recently I broke down and required my car to be towed home. They arrived very quickly and the car and I were delivered home promptly by a polite and professional driver. I am an AA plus member and believe it's peace of mind and money well spent.
