My grandaughter came down from Kaitaia, her car was shaking when she drove. the man at the desk today figured out it was a air bubble straight away and got right onto fixing it so she could go home safely, his communication, and customer service skills were amazing!! She’s only young so he could have easily ripped her off but he didn’t, he gave her an awesome deal and advice for what she needs to do in the future.
