Drew is our trusted Mechanic. He is honest, transparent and trustworthy. We get both our vehicles serviced here and he fixes small things at the time which means we can drive the car home at the end of the day. We are so glad we found Drew and the team. Highly recommend!

Review for customer service only: I called Causeway Motors for an estimate for a full service and some repairs, having read the great reviews and had a recommendation by a friend. But I didn't get past the phonecall as the receptionist was completely unhelpful and rude. I asked for the pricing and info for a full service (i.e. what's included) so I could make an informed choice and know upfront what I'd be getting for my money. Knowing of something needing repair, I knew the bill would be close to or exceed $1k - so it's reasonable to want clarity on the cost and coverage. Her tone sounded like she was put out by being asked for the information and she said "I've actually never been asked for this before". Seriously? Do people really deliver their car for a service with no knowledge of the likely price or what's involved? I doubt it. That's why most mechanics detail their packages on their websites, even if you have to call for pricing - it's called transparency. If it isn't on your website, you should be willing to provide the information to potential customers, as several others did happily. She begrudgingly agreed to email me the info, but not surprisingly, I didn't receive the email. I'm sure that Drew and his team are great mechanics, but I won't be finding out. Their competitors on the same road were friendly. helpful and transparent about their servicing and pricing. Shame about the first impression at Causeway - you're only as good as that first point of contact.
