F45 Training Silverdale

LOVE F45 Silverdale. The trainers and staff are incredible — always positive, uplifting and encouraging, while also helping to correct technique when needed. Huge bonus points for remembering everyone’s name. A major selling point is the babysitter at the 9:15am classes those 45 minutes to focus on yourself are absolute gold for mums and parents. The members are just as friendly and supportive, which makes such a difference. The facilities and equipment are always clean and well maintained, and I’ve honestly never looked forward to exercising this much in my life.
