The engraving was fine. The service was not! Did not want to show font styles I asked to see, but said "Ill chose what I think is best!" He kept talking on phone throughout the whole transaction without even acknowledging me, pushed the eftpos machine and finished item towards me while still talking... not even a nod of thanks or an excuse like " Be with you shortly" for example. Rude!
