Darren and his team at Pitt Stop Paraparaumu are the best. Fast, efficient, 100% honest, skilled and customer focused. As a single, older woman, with little, to no, car mechanics knowledge, I've grown to rely on Darren to guide me to keep my vehicles in good working order. I have always been advised how to do what is nessary for the least amount of $. I know thay my older classic Audi could be a money pit, but it hasn't been. And when I wasn't well for a booked appt, Darren arranged for my car to b collected and brought back so I could rest up. Great mechanics, reasonably priced and great service.

Huge shout-out to Darrin and the team at Pit Stop Paraparaumu. These guys are brilliant. Always friendly, super helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to fit me in when life gets busy (and I've forgotten that my WOF needs doing). Darrin takes time to explain things clearly, is transparent about costs BEFORE undertaking the work, and I’ve always felt my car is in safe hands.
If you want a team who actually care about their customers and do great work every time, go chat to Darrin and the team. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I was having trouble making my payment on a Friday afternoon (issues on my end), but the staff said I was fine to take my car and return the next week to make my payment. Was so grateful for their trust! They did a great job with my car and at a great price. Will be returning!
