I used Pitstop Taupo today to get a new WOF for my garden trailer and can highly recommend these people to all others needing the services of a garage. They were very courteous and friendly and gave me prompt professional service and were most reasonable with their pricing. I will certainly be back again....THANKS VERY MUCH PITSTOP TAUPO.

Excellent service. The team went well over the WOF check and provided extra support for the non WOF things they found; like bolts for gas tank cover, weld for a non critical spli they found.

Great to deal with, very helpful. Went the extra mile to help make my vehicles mechanical issues more cost effective on my pocket. Definitely going back. They do WOF inspections as well great service.

We stopped by this workshop while traveling with our campervan because our trunk wouldn’t open anymore. They helped us right away, fixed the issue quickly, and didn’t even charge us since it was an easy fix for them — even though it would have been a big problem for us without their help.
We had been to another garage before that told us to come back on Monday, so we were very relieved to be welcomed so openly here. The staff took their time, gave us great advice on a few other small issues with our van, and made us feel well taken care of.
Very friendly, helpful, and professional service. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend this place.

We've been to Pitstop so often in the last few days that we thought we'd have to start paying rent soon 😅
But every time: someone answered the phone straight away, no waiting time – almost eerily efficient!
Actually, we just wanted a simple oil and filter change... but of course our car decided to add an extra repair. But everything went smoothly, in a friendly manner and with a good dose of humour. You can tell right away: it's not just professionals working here, but also people who enjoy their job.
The next day, our engine warning light came on, unrelated to the recent repairs at Pitstop. We were able to drop by straight away, no big questions, just: "Sure, we'll take a look right away!" – and hey presto, we were in good hands again.
Conclusion: Highly recommended! And the sofa in the waiting area is so comfortable that you almost hope the repair will take a little longer. 😄
