I’m really disappointed with my experience here. While I went in expecting a straightforward, professional interaction, I was instead made to feel uncomfortable by inappropriate comments and being asked whether I was married, something completely irrelevant to the service. I was made to feel so uncomfortable that I had to ask the mechanic onsite to accompany me for the remainder of the interaction. This kind of behaviour is unprofessional and not acceptable in any customer-facing environment. No one should feel uneasy or disrespected when simply trying to do business. I hope the company takes this seriously and addresses it, as it reflects poorly on the overall service.
