Ok so i went there and told them that i got P029A code on my car can you check why i got this code ( i explain I already check on my computer OBD scanner) after 4 hrs they called me come back we need talk ( i went there and they told me yes you got (P029A code ) i said but why they said we need atleast 5hrs to check which cost 600$
The same thing i said was repeated to me and cost me 172.50$
I didnt say anything just paid them .
I went home and check my car which was 12v battery lose I tightened and everything was good
Huge scam i would say . Never recommend
Or never go back there
And sorry I would not say thanks
I end of sold my car and bought new car

Big scam i might say.
12v agm battery cost more than too much.
Service fee price, way over the repair they did.
Takes too long for the car to be fix - w/ just minor repair.
Asked for service even seen that it had been recently service.
Took the car long too and good thing i took photos of the car interior and exterior.
From KM odometer -119,367 then after I get my Car it was 119610 and was surprised that fuel from full tank to 2 bars left. Really? Way to test drive the car. SERIOUSLY! 243KM!
The insurance won't agree to there quote because it is a big scam! - all staff will tell lies of there service. NO UPDATES - then, You'll get surprised when they already touch the car you need to pay thousand of NZDollars!!
Lesson learned NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Owww they have careful hands to break your windshield! - need to call my insurance to sort it out, for a new windshield under there watch.

We all can respect each other, but to earn it, that can start from ourselves BEING HONEST and being COMPASSIONate about our work regardless of how minor or major the work we do!
-In Service it not just car it is The Car that brings people from places specially to their families.

We had the misfortune to get our motor home worked on here .And they charged us for four meter of exhausted pipe and only replaced one meter of the exhaust.And then said something was wrong with the fuses for the lights on the back that they would need more money to look into it we said if ifs not a warrant issue leave it.They seem to be looking for job to do rather then focusing on what we took it in for. Very over priced.And when we got it back they had pulled the fuse box cover off and left it loose .we went through it and it looked like the had put bad fuses in it to try and get more work and money.Because they said they never touched it?.Well it didn’t open itself.And we didn’t even know it was there before seeing it was loose. So I wouldn’t trust them it took them three weeks to do little jobs.And over three thousand dollars.

In three years I have never taken my car anywhere else. My wife and mom's cars have been serviced by the team at Woodmans . Professional and reliable, honest with great integrity. Always willing to listen, to share their experience and nothing is too much. Although I am a Toyota fan I have seen all kinds of cars being maintained in their service yard. Easy to find in Waikanae and often I have dropped the car in the morning, grabbed the train to work and back in time to pick up. Price and consistency have made them my only goto vehicle maintenance service. Thanks team Woodmans

We got there on a Saturday morning and although they were busy they took some time to look at our car. The customer service is the best we’ve had in NZ, we tried like 6 different places before getting to Woodman.
