  Branch manager is a horrid human. Swearing at her staff, I assume she has a new staff member, the way she delt with him in front of customers is discusting, her vindictive laugh is terrible. Fire her and make Tracy manager. Im opening an account at Repco. What a absolute joke!

  Lady that served me in the shop was really rude, definitely had something stuck up her behind, wore a head set could have been ear muffs but she doesn’t seem to enjoy her job at all will never be going back here

  Best customer service, I was served by a lovely young Maori woman, I should have asked for her name, she was really friendly and efficient. Give her a raise, I will be back! 😊

  Awesome service and very friendly. Went to Repco before and they were absolutely clueless. The guys at BNT had me sorted in no time and clearly know their stuff. Very happy.

  I'm motor thick, I avoid these places like the plague lol. The lady behind the counter tried to make the experience as painless as possible. Highly recommend, when looking for car parts etc.
