  Great service from the Taupo team, needed some parts for my clutch, they got 1 part in overnight and the other was in-store, friendly and totally helpful 10/10

  I have an old 'hack' (an ancient Peugeot 307) and was trying to find new brake pads for it on my way home from Auckland to Ohakune (no chance there!), I had no success. I called BTN in Taupo as a last resort as I was driving past on H1. Hey presto! I headed in to the shop and the really helpful fella had put them aside for me. I say 'last resort' as I assumed BNT would be expensive as opposed to 'other' outlets who could have ordered them in .... but no, they were actually cheaper which surprised me. Advice? - Try BTN first!
