  I’m so grateful for the team here! I was in a massive rush to get my WOF sorted and realized I needed new wiper blade refills. I work in a gift shop myself, so I know how annoying it is when a customer walks in 10 minutes before closing—I felt terrible being "that" person! I ended up panic-buying three random refills and was outside struggling (and failing) to figure out how to install them. That’s when Nick, the manager, appeared like an absolute angel. He was incredibly efficient. He took one look, realized I’d bought the wrong ones, and even though the store was technically closing, he had the team re-open the door just for me! He made sure I got the right parts, went behind the counter to custom-trim the refill for my rear window, and had everything installed before I’d even finished paying! 🤣 I’ve had a pretty rough week, but Nick’s kindness and "can-do" attitude truly made my day. It’s rare to find this level of genuine care. If you need anything for your car, go see Nick and his team. They are absolute stars!
