1st time in NZ and rented a camper van on a road trip to southern part of NZ. While on the highway, the driver side screen wiper flew off and we couldn’t stop to go pick up.
Contacted the rental camper van company and the person said that they can only get it fixed on Monday cos this happened on a Saturday.
We were directed by a sales assistant from a hardware store to Repco to get the parts.
Josh, the sales person was really helpful and patient with us as we related to him our problem. He immediately helped us to fix it and explained the cause of it.
Both my husband and I were very impressed by his cheerful personality and proactive attitude. Repco should recognise such a good staff, he is really a great help to us. Without him, we would not be able to drive with a peace of mind and our safety would also be compromised.
