Very disappointed in the customer service from one of the staff members at oamaru repco. Brought a part from Dunedin repco and got a discount on the part, the part turned out to be wrong so we brought the part into the oamaru store and was met with a grumpy old man the felt the need to have a go at me about getting a discount for the change over part giving me his opinion on the matter, as a mechanic of 12 years and using repco my whole career both in NZ and in Australia I've never had a bad experience until today, I won't be using repco any more, thank you to the other staff members that did help me out but that old man needs to be fired

One star is not good enough, they abused a trade customer upon mention of them breaking the commerce commission rules x discrimination almost 2 years ago, then they did the same thing to myself as a trade customer, can't when get the parts right they refuse to stick to the discount t paid price after errors and pick on people at a personal level in this small town, having experienced exactly what happened to the company's helping hand personally and the faxt its costing profit because he was illegaly trespassed because they broke business laws and consumer rights acts, this issue is now being taken up via this Company and other against two workers with the commerce commission and the repco trade group, Avoid this store at all costs or it will cost you for their errors which they will not rectify and probably do on purpose....

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, spacious car park so easy to shop if you're not a local and know where things are in town.
