  I went into Repco Richmond to get a replacement bulb for our motorhome. As soon as I walked in a young guy (sorry I didn't get his name) asked if he could help me. I held up the bulb and said I was looking for one of these. He told me to wait by the counter and he would go and get it for me, which he did. Top service ftom a young person.

  Repco Richmond has a great range of products, and overall, it’s a good store. However, one of the staff members comes across as rude and impatient. Instead of listening, he acts like he knows everything and seems more interested in rushing customers out rather than helping properly.
