What a team. Sharleen and Sam were amazing! I accidentally sent an expensive package to the wrong location in town, and they went out of their way to help rectify the situation — much to my relief. They were friendly and more than happy to assist, which was very much appreciated.
Repco management: these people are a real asset to your company. Give them a pay rise!

The teams pretty good. I had one of the mature staff call me to say my orders ready not so long after I made it. On the call he rung to tell me about a mistake online had a solution on how to rectify and informed me of this. They dont have to go out of the way to do things like that but at repco they do. Briscoes is a different experience on the other hand haha.

Super helpful team here, especially John. Not because his name is only 2 letters off from being mine but the fact for years and years if i was after something he would know exactly where it was without fail. If something was available he would recommend the next best thing and i havent been let down yet

Whakatane outlet of the auto-parts store. Staff are very friendly and eager to help. If it is car-related then likely you'll be able to get it here. They stock their own range of Repco branded parts and consumables. On the floor you'll find everything from electrical bits n pieces, tools, fluids and maintenance stuff to car stereos, cleaning supplies and paint. The parts department can take your car licence plate and dial up almost any parts you might require for that make/model. You can also pay with your Farmlands account if you have one.
