What an absolute legend. As a tradie I need my vehicle during the day, no problem. Works until 9pm so could come to me when I got home. Quick and easy. Very reasonably priced compared to the main dealer (VW Amarok). Highly recommend, will be using again when servicing due.

Changed fuel filter for the first time and car won’t turn on afterwards. Messaged 1st call around 10ish last night if he could come over next day (Sunday) to fix it. Prompt in response and said he can come next day afternoon. I am very happy with his service. Very fast, efficient and affordable. Other people charge $220 although I already bought the filter myself, 1st call only charge $95. I highly recommend his service. Didn’t disappoint. Thanks so much for getting my car up and running again. Now I know my go to mechanic if something goes wrong with my car. Not to mention this is my first experience with mobile mechanic. Price won’t cost an arm or leg.

Excellent service! Everything was perfect from start to finish. He spent more time than I expected and worked very carefully on my vehicle. I really appreciate the effort and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend him to my friends, and I’ll absolutely use his services again for future repairs and servicing. Without hesitation, I give him 10 out of 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was so impressed with the great service experience received from Nuan at 1st Call Auto Mobile Service Ltd when i reached out to him for urgent repairs on my daughter's vehicleI two days before Christmas. The first response i received from Nuan which continued from start to finish was professional, helpful and very supportive. It is seldom nowadays that one experience a business going above and beyond to give you a service that brings such satisfaction. I will definitely use 1st for future automotive repairs and would recommend Nuan and the service he offers to anyone who has a need for it. Thanks again Nuan for helping my daughter with her car. Outstanding service from Nuwan! I called him on a Sunday evening after mistakenly draining the transmission fluid instead of the engine oil. He came out to Mt Albert within 30 minutes and got the job done professionally in another 30. He was meticulous, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for an after-hours call-out. Really impressed with his honesty and workmanship — highly recommended!
