Super shoutout to AA Henderson - the last place that took in my towed Vellfire on the afteroon of 24 De.
Special shout out to Lai who assessed the car and explain likely cause of breakdown initially, getting us back on the road on the first day of reopening between the holidays.

There’s always something. Every time I take my car in for service they’re always finding something to do. Was ridiculous they wanting to charge me $1,000 plus for two jobs to pass my warrant, I took it to LUBE KING who gave me a price of $280.90. Took it back here and my warrant passed. Why do you guys do that? Why do you over price things and make our lives difficult. Greedy company. Just because you guys are well known does not give you the right to rip us off

You guys are the boom! ✨ Love coming here and always being greeted with smiles all round. Love the ladies at the reception - always a good chat and laughter. Awesome at handling difficult customers (I barely witness today..) You all deserve a pay rise. Thank you to the receptionist and the hard working boys in the garage. Took my car in for a gold service. Had no engine light on at the time. Had a repair done and thankfully it was mostly covered by my mechanical warranty. I’ve now had my car back for a day and the engine light has now appeared. When taking it back in I was told It will now cost me a further $80 to get it rescanned. I’m feeling like they are quite deceitful and unreasonable. On my first invoice it is stated to bring the car back in if the engine light comes on and they will check it, now I’ve done that it apparently is going to me cost me to do so. Very frustrating and disappointing when I felt I was going to a respectable and well known company. They obviously don’t stand by the consumers Guarantees act 🤦🏽♀️
Edit: pic attached of email. Transparency isn’t your greatest strength. The public review response Varys from your email. No such thing was communicated to me and told the receptionist I was returning from a gold and she didn’t seemed bothered too recharge me. The only reason I wasn’t recharged was because she wasn’t there and I had already lodged a complaint
