AA Auto Centre Nelson

Got brake pads replaced and the brakes started to make squeaky noise, Asked the mechanic multiple times when i visited them and was told it was normal for those pads to make those noise, Which is completely incorrect. I got it checked from different mechanics and was told the new brake pads which are put on the car are of very low quality and very common for those pads to make this noise. Raised this with their customer care team and case officer was put on to investigate this further. He offered me $150 reimbursement and i declined as i paid nearly $300 to get those fixed initially and i asked them to pay me that money, and that was refused and said i need to give ghem the proof of what other mechanics ahas said which was sent to the case officer. Two weeks later he is still investigating this and heard nothing from him about how he is going to resolve this issue, I would not recommend trusting your vehicle with this business at all.
