AA Auto Centre New Plymouth

Very good experience. We spent a few days in New Plymouth and we do the WOF. Elliott was super helpful; in less than 3 hours they ordered two new wheels and fixed them. We don't speak very good English, and Elliott took the time to translate the problem he had detected during the inspection. We took the opportunity to have the wheel alignment done, which was also done really quickly and professionally. I recommend this place.👍😊

Very bad experience with this garage. The engine oil change was done carelessly: there was too much oil in the engine, which caused serious damage. We went back to see them urgently the next day, but they refused to acknowledge their mistake and showed no willingness to help or take responsibility. A real lack of professionalism and seriousness. I strongly advise against using this garage.
