Would do 0 stars if that was possible there customer service is terrible my wife has visited 4 times now and every time they say you need something else, hopeless and they are such grumpy ladies need to get some customer service skills.

I’ve had several experiences with the AA Oamaru branch — from re-registering my car to sitting both my theory and practical tests for my full licence — and every time has been absolutely wonderful. The branch is tidy, well-organised, and has such a welcoming atmosphere that makes everything feel easy and stress-free. I was assisted by a few different staff members, and they were all helpful and professional, but I especially want to thank Sandra for her friendliness and kindness. She was so warm and welcoming, which made my theory test a really positive experience. For my practical test, Kelvin was amazing — he encouraged me, kept me calm, and gave me the confidence to do my best. Thanks to his support, I was able to relax and pass my test! Everything here has always been smooth, fast, and done with genuine care. I’m really grateful to the Oamaru AA team for turning what could have been stressful moments into such uplifting experiences. Highly recommend this branch to anyone!

We, two holidaymakers from Germany, had a flat tire and were looking for a car repair shop. We were helped a lot here at AA Oamaru. A special thank you goes to Karen, who called for us and found a very good and professional tire repair shop for us. Karen even drove us back to the parking lot in her car. Thank you Karen, we really appreciate it. 5 stars more than deserved

on the 20/07/22 i had to visit the a a centre in oamaru, i renewed my license,registered my car and even joined the a a. the service i recieved was really excellent, it was great to be greeted by 3 happy ladies who made my day a whole lot better thank you
