I was in a Bit of a rough spot due to my Car having some issues During a Road Trip. After some quick diagnostics i was able to have my Car fixed the very next day die to my circumstances. Unfortunatley my Problem ran deeper than initially thought but the Person helping was very Professional, transparent and friendly while explaining what the Main issue is and what he could and couldn't do. Got my Car in a good enough state to Finish my Trip and seek Help from a mechanic at Home. Forever grateful for doing what they could for me. Saved me a lot of nerves, my trip, as Well as a Potential breakdown in the middle of nowhere Otago.

Went to Addept twice, both on very short notice, with two different cars. Both times we were helped very fast and thoroughly. I can speak more on my own car, where i just made a stupid mistake, but wanted to come in anyway just to be safe, and as said was helped really quickly and without any other issues. Fortunately i only really needed coolant, so i was not even charged by Addept for the work they did. Honestly very lucky that Addept is here and could look at my car so soon, because i have some long drives ahead of me. Thanks again and can only reccomend.
