Tried so many times to get them have a look at my van, when there a few times but nothing came out of it. They're too busy for something else.. Nate was cool at first promised go get my van fixed but he just disappeared all the sudden.

I took my vehicle here to be repaired and for a start was made to believe it would be considerably less than it ended up being. "it'll be a $300 part, a couple hours labour and a bit of oil" and then when all was said and done, the invoice was close to $1100. The same thing happened with friends of mine who took their vehicle here prior to me (I should have learnt my lesson here) So after being assured that the repairs would be sufficient, it lasted less than 200 kilometres. Took vehicle to another mechanic and he described the work as "disgusting, backyard mechanic work". He showed me the parts they had used which were not at all suitable for the fix, he also showed me that things like the fan hadnt even been tightened finger tight and was wobbling all over the place. One of the parts which was repaired got ruined within the 200kms, which I admit was not necessarily their fault, but I was told by allout auto that they would file for a warranty on the part - this was a month ago and they have stopped answering me altogether when I try to get information. Completely ignored me when I asked for proof of the warranty claim. Do not go here. They seem nice when you meet them but they will botch up whatever they can and then ignore any repercussions.
