The best experience ever. I went there for WOF. The reception lady was super friendly asked if I would like free uber back home service, she could organize it for me. There were coffee machine, snacks, free Wi-Fi, games for kids, magazines, and private spaces... Friendly team is greeting, smiling and showing you the coffees. Tidy waiting room, well organized services, smooth communication, efficient service, fair price all made AMI Motorhub a nice place to go for WOF, especially for ladies like me with limited knowledge of mechanics. Highly recommended 👌

Reliable, honest, friendly and warm. The team here are awesome. Took it in for insurance claim and they have done above and beyond. I really do feel that Anthony and his team are genuine in their care and are there to really help you and do the best they can. Plus a free courtesy car and snacks while you wait.

I was referred here via state, because someone backed into my car to get the side panel fixed, The reception staff here are very lovely, great customer service which I haven’t received at other panel beaters before, however the service I received was not great.
I did get a lovely courtesy car, the first first time I picked my car up, when I got back home I realised my window was making a weird noise on the side I had the replacement, turns out a piece of my door had been left pressed up against the window which scratched it, they were very apologetic when I had to go back where they bent the door back into place and had to order in another window since it scratched the tint on mine, and I got another courtesy car while they replaced it which was nice, but it was a pain to have to go back after having to go a few times already to get an assessment, drop it off and pick it up twice now.
A month after picking it up the second time, my fuel tank door wasn’t opening, which I never had problems with before and it was on the same side as the repair, to get it open one person needed to hold the latch up and another needed to pry it open with something, I took it back again today and they adjusted the latches so I’m hoping this is the last time I have to go back.
Overall I am a little disappointed in the service, it is already annoying having to get your car fixed when the accident wasn’t your fault but to have issues from the service provider as well and have to keep taking time off work to go back had been a pain.
But it all was covered under insurance at least.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the most organised car repair center in Auckland, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their services. From the moment I called to book my appointment, I knew I was in good hands. The communication was impeccable, and they sent me reminders via email and phone call one day before my scheduled appointment.
On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who quickly got me sorted. The center had a great fleet of courtesy cars, and I was given a new Toyota Aqua Hybrid. The repair was completed on time, and I received a call the following morning to inform me that my car was ready for pickup.
When I arrived at the center, I was once again met with exceptional customer service. The team had my car ready to go, and the entire process was hassle-free, with no headaches. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received from the team at this repair center.
