I recently had our car fixed by James and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and clearly very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and made sure everything was completed properly. The service was efficient, reasonably priced, and my car is running noticeably smoother now. It’s always reassuring to find someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job and treats your vehicle with care. Absolutely amazing experience. I had an airlock in my cooling system - James & Dave came out very next day and sorted me out. The price ended up being below quote! Awesome work guys.

Please look at their ratings — they only have very high and very low scores, and many of the 5-star reviews look identical. The service here was extremely poor and the charges felt unreasonable and unexpected. I would not recommend getting your car repaired here. Based on my experience, I did not receive a proper repair, but I was still charged. Be careful before choosing this place.

James was a very skilled mechanic helped us fix a coolant issue as well as inform us of other stuff we should have looked at. He is very knowledgeable and skilled with Subaru’s and we recommend him to everyone thank you so much!!!
