I’ve been going to Auto Super Shoppe Tawa for a few years now and honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Rhys and the team always provide outstanding service and consistently complete work to a very high standard. Over the years they’ve done a lot of work on my cars, and every time the experience has been smooth, professional, and reliable. What really stands out is the customer service. The team are friendly, helpful, and always take the time to explain things clearly, which makes the whole process stress-free. It’s great to have a mechanic you can genuinely trust, and that’s exactly what you get here. If you’re looking for a workshop that does quality work and treats customers well, Auto Super Shoppe Tawa is a 10/10 in my book. I’m always very happy with the service and will definitely keep coming back.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND REPAIRS. I have a 2014 Honda RS Jazz with 100,000kms on the clock and it developed a bad engine noise. Rhys performed a quick assessment, then a semi internal check that confirmed the need to replace the "Timing Chain". I was given all the necessary information and options with estimated costs and time frame required before the job started. They have a great team of automotive technicians and in the office are Cristal and Mikayla, cheerful, polite and they know there stuff. I would recommend them to anyone. Robert Young

Absolutely life changing experience. Came in expecting a standard mechanic visit… left questioning why I don’t just hang out here full-time. The service was so good I’d happily develop car problems just to come back again. The team clearly know what they’re doing professional, fast, and actually explain things without making you feel like you need a mechanical engineering degree. My car’s never run better and neither has my mood. Special mention to the receptionist Mikayla friendly, welcoming, and running the place like an absolute legend. Honestly sets the tone for the whole workshop. If customer service was an Olympic sport, this place would be taking home gold 🥇 10/10 would recommend. I would gladly die on the hill of coming back to this workshop again and again (hopefully not literally my car’s too well looked after for that now).

Rhys and the team are super professional. Needed a WOF knowing that there was going to be issues, the team rung up informing me of the issues. Was a bit of work and got it all done by days end. Cheers fellas.

I had a great experience with the service! It was a simple light replacement, but I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently the team got to work without any hassle. I had initially thought I would need to book an appointment since another garage didn’t have the time for it, so I’m really glad that wasn’t necessary. Thank you for the excellent service!
