Poorly maintained facilities at Auto Valet Manukau. On Saturday, Bay 2 had no working prewash, weak pressure, and a broken foam brush. I moved to Bay 4 and had the same issues. Another customer confirmed it had been happening since the night before. I had to leave with soap still on my car because the rinse cycle didn’t work.
Mukesh Aro was defensive, denied issues until I showed my video, and even questioned whether I’d spent $22 — I told him to check the security footage showing I used two bays. He raised his voice a couple of times, and the conversation went nowhere, so I emailed as he suggested. I sent the email on Saturday and still haven’t received a response.

0/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience.
I visited this car wash today at around 8 PM and paid for the $20 premium wash, but the automated machine didn’t perform the service I paid for. No soap was sprayed, and none of the premium features like wax or extra treatments were done at all. The wash cycle basically did nothing.
Really disappointing experience, and definitely not worth the money. I hope the management looks into this, because customers shouldn’t be paying for services that aren’t provided.

Husband went to wash his car and took out our belongings from the car and placed it in front of our car. Went to get coins for the machine and came back, our things were taken. He found our belongings in the bin. He asked around and people looked at him weird when he asked about it and didn't answer. I called the company they said it would have been a customer and that they have no authority to correct customers. We have to report incidents to police. Disappointing service and system.

Awful. Paid $350 and they didn't even wash the roof. Because nobody can see it right. They don't clean the interior, they rub that silicone spray over everything to make it shiny so that u think it's clean and they put a nice smell in it to give the impression that it's fresh. It's just smoke and mirrors. Terrible. Our company will never use this place again.
