5 stars! I recently took my Aston Martin V8 Vantage to Autohaus Auckland for its first service since I purchased it last year. Ive long used a BMW specialist for my other car, so was a little uncertain going somewhere new and so I decided to visit the team in person before booking. From the outset I was made to feel welcome and comfortable, which gave me confidence to proceed. The service was handled very professionally, with clear and timely communication throughout. They identified a couple of minor issues and addressed them promptly, keeping me informed at each step. Overall, the experience was reassuring and well managed. I left feeling that the car had been properly cared for and that I have chosen the right workshop. I will be using Autohaus for my Aston from here on out. Highly recommend.

Great service highly recommend - have assisted with headlights and now for a door handle - flicked off an email and Byron replied to help and booked in within 2 days. Slight misunderstanding by mechanic with the job needed on first visit - but an effective and honest solution in a timely manner provided which is what matters most. Good reliable team thanks BP, Bryan and Byron. Pleasure and will be back if needed.

They are Rock Stars I'm a silly old 80 year old with a Bentley and they treat me with utmost respect. Dennis Waiwera I tell everyone about how helpful they are .Its refreshing to see such enthusiasm for car lover's like me. They have a great business.
