My car had a battery that couldn't be identified by rego. After collecting information on the existing battery (like which side the terminals are on) KC helped me locate the battery I needed, ordered it, and helped with recycling the old battery!

Must have been a bad day for this guy. Went in to buy a battery, told them which battery I want, they tell me to check which side the terminals are on (waste of time cause the website where you put your license plate in does that for you). I show him a picture of the terminals a screenshot of their own website and because he got frustrated, decided to chuck my phone about. Was a pretty poor experience
