I got wof for my car and with misc faults estimate was labor of $150. That included the change of broken dip stick. But they charged labor $175 plus gst even without having changed the dip stick because allegedly it involved more labor and they did not have time. I requested them since they have not used the dip stick they should not charge me for that and take it back . The lady was so rude and suggested that you use it next time and there is no refund for that. I have not seen such an arrogant customer service before. The owner of the business was kind enough to call me yesterday and heard my account. Today he fixed the issue in no time and he appeared to be very much concerned about the customer satisfaction. That is a typical KIWI SERVICE. Love you Brian.
