Big ups to the team at Begg for their AMAZING service - car key had gotten stuck in my ignition several times, and I had to get various family members to help by taking car in for me. No problem at all! Then the day my car is going in to be fixed, the battery dies - jumpstarted and got the car down for repair and these legends charge my battery up for me while they wait for me to come and pick it up 🙂 could not fault the service or affordable price, special shoutout to Sharon and Cam for being awesome!
Back in July I purchased an OEM Yamaha motorcycle blank key for my son’s birthday present and took it to Begg Security to have it cut. Unfortunately, the first cut didn’t go to plan and the key wouldn’t work properly. I called straight away and was told a replacement blank would be ordered to put things right, but after a couple of follow-ups and months of waiting, I was left feeling pretty frustrated. However, I’m pleased to say that after raising the issue again, the team did take action and resolved the problem for me. While the delay was longer than expected, I appreciate that they stepped up in the end and made sure the key was sorted. Thank you to the staff who handled it and got things back on track.
The service provided by Jak at Beggs security, Dunedin was exceptional. We had ongoing issues with batteries for door locks that required specialist attention. Very professional and very reasonable. Highly recommended.
