Never going back there again nothing towards the mechanic but the receptionist lady usless took my car in to get it checked out and quoted took 1 month to book it in and she said she will get back to me with my quote I still haven't herd back from her iv rang multiple times for a follow-up she says the same thing that's it's been a busy week had some emergency jobs come through behind on schedule and said she will get back to me and email me another 3 weeks later I'm still waiting so iv taken my car else where not good for business

Top people. Tracked down and solved a long term alarm that no other bmw wksp in Auckland could solve. Methodically eliminated possible causes and finally hit the nail on the head. Now were back to full power and 200kms more on a tank of fuel. Big thumbs up
