Chris and the team did a great job, with a very tight deadline, to get one vehicle put through a WOF and another up and running, including organising an auto electrician to visit at short notice to troubleshoot an issue with the vehicle.

I booked my WOF with Briggs Auto Service a few weeks in advance, which was no problem. On the day, the WOF took around 30 minutes. I received great service and was given time to talk through the report. I would highly recommend Briggs and will happily return in the future. Thank you! :)

I've been using Briggs for more than 20 years. In that time they've been brilliant. I trust them completely. Went there today with my new car for what I thought were sticky brakes. Kerry ran through all the appropriate checks, then when I came back explained that my particular model of Japanese import had an unusual type of transmission which gave the same effect as a sticky brake. Despite having spent time on me that could have been used earning money with another customer Kerry refused payment. I keep very accurate petrol usage records and over the last six months I've been getting between 14 and 16 kilometres per litre. If the problem had been brakes as I thought I think that figure would have been considerably less. I repeat my first paragraph. Solid, dependable, reliable, safe and above all honest work.
