Get our warrants here, and now services. I like the way Richard runs his business. Book the car it, drop it off early, give him time to fit all his jobs in efficiently, get a call when its done and pick it up. Most businesses cost more, spending more on 'customer service' flattery. I'd rather be able to talk to the mechanic, know he's good, and will still be there next time I come. Much appreciated :-)
