Absolutely great service!!! Was sooo lucky to get my issue sorted so quickly that the car company whom I brought the car from couldnt even sort! Thankyou Ryan so very very very much for being so prompt and thorough! Happiest customer ever! If yous ever have fault issues or warning issues these are the guys to go to!!!

The team at Collins are always super transparent, very communicative and keep me up to date when they have my cars. I’ve had multiple car issues over the past year and they’ve always made everything stress free and seamless for me so I know what’s going on, what’s needed or may be needed in the near future, and they’ll never fix anything unexpected without running it past me first. They take care of the cars that go in and out of their shop and I can’t recommend them enough

I can’t recommend Collins Automotive enough. I took my BMW E61 535d in for certification, and the team was professional and kept me informed the entire time. They clearly did a deep dive into the structural and rust inspection, yet they put the car back together so perfectly I couldn't even tell it had been touched. While it failed on a few minor things, the calls were completely fair and reasonable. I’m actually glad they caught them since I’d missed them myself. The recheck was painless and fast. I dropped it off Friday and collected it passed on Monday. If you're in Hamilton and want honest, high-quality work, this is the place to go.

Collins automotive was easy & straight forward to deal with. Service was quick & effective. Communication was great when car needed to stay over night for a new part - team were friendly to interact with. Would recommend to family & friends in future.

Booking my car in to have a camera installed was so easy, customer service when I dropped off the car was very efficient and friendly. Finally when I collected my car, service was great and quickly processed. Happy to recommend Collins Automotive
