Still waiting after 2 weeks for an estimate for a small repair. I can't get a warrant until its done. Called in this morning and still no idea when estimate will be done. Service has disappeared since change of ownership. Cannot recommend

I have not experienced the same as the good reviews here. I asked Tim to take care of the rust round my vans windscreen area. I felt I made it quite clear that I wanted the rust removed so that it would not be a problem in the future. I wasn't interested in a cover up, that looked good for a warrant but continued to corrode. Three months later, my father and I were looking for a leak, we presumed from the windscreen area and discovered serious rust above the windscreen, which he should have seen and dealt with. I rang Tim to discuss what I would describe as a shoddy, incomplete job, but didn't hear from him. I went to see him but after an unsatisfactory discussion, I feel that a refund would be best, so I will then be free to go elsewhere.

We can thoroughly recommend Kerikeri Panelbeaters. They are very busy and we had to wait several weeks for our appointment, but they did a great job repairing the scratch on our bumper and our car was returned to us cleaned inside and out.
If we ever need their friendly, attentive service again, we will come back!

see the deference of two lights left -- dull colour new light fixed by these people and right original light (other side of car)-- !!! light had very small scratch. -
they have replied as they haven't repaired...see same thing will happend to you...!
check MUG 334...in your books.. I will upload bill soon as possible ...this is how they treat customers..this mean they accepted such things...at least no manners to accept their un-quality work even by them selves ....! even they don't like it.
