You can dispute my review all you like—but calling the customer “misleading” is a bold move for a business that hasn’t even bothered to inspect the car. Instead of taking ownership, you’ve chosen to hide behind suppliers and insurers. That’s not accountability—it’s avoidance. No inspection, no reassurance. Just excuses and empty process, dressed up to look like professionalism. Posting on social media to “invite us back” is laughable when you’ve blocked us from your page. Why would we return our car to the same workshop that botched the job the first time? And let’s not forget—we were friends. We trusted you. That trust was repaid with shoddy work, blame games, and a frantic scramble to social media to save your reputation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- $100k for a custom paint job on my VL Commodore from Compas Kustoms, expecting premium workmanship. Instead, the paint on the car is flaking. They’ve refused to take any responsibility or honour their advertised warranty. Instead, they continue to say their working with their paint supplier, offering ongoing delays rather than a real solution. Adding insult to injury, they’re still using images of my car and other family members vehicles on their Facebook page to promote their business, I've asked for the images to be removed, instead they blocked me from their Facebook page. If you're considering Compas Kustoms, be cautious. You may end up with subpar results, deflection, and no accountability once the job is done. Looking forward to another empty AI generated response from the Director.
