D W Panelbeaters

I would give no stars if that was an option. Today 29th of July 2024 my partner took our car to Dw Panelbeaters for advice as our mechanic suggested us to go here, he said he's sent a few clients here before so that made us feel a bit better. Well, Don't come here if you have no idea what to do and think they will help. 1. The lady at the reception was so rude asking my partner if "she could help" and "why they send you" but imagine it with such horrible attitude, like why else would he be standing here waiting in line just for fun? Only for her to go get a guy named Stu to come out and make him feel so small also with comments like "what do you want" "I don't know why he sent you here" "I don't do that" so I don't even know why they have a shop if they can't do much not even make someone feel comfortable.. like I get it everyone is busy, but there's no need for disgusting customer service like that. Im so happy that my partner is humble even with the way he was treated because if that was anyone else i wouldnt be suprised if it got a bit more heated. I will be so letting the mechanic that suggested you guys, not to bother sending people here as who knows how many other customers have experienced what we have. At the end of the day they were no help. I will not recommend anybody to come here if I was asked as I myself and my family won't be. I'm glad to have found much better service down the road and spend my money there instead.
