Great service, Shane and his team are always wanting to help and point you in the right direction. They fixed/service the following cars for me. - BMW e38 750il 2001 - BMW E30 318. 1987 - Mercedes E300 w124 - Even something that wasn’t European, my 1992 Silverado k1500. Soon I’m going with my SL500, but they don’t know yet 😅

Exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly service. Shane went above and beyond to diagnose and repair our vehicle He offering alternative solutions and is always available to answer questions and provide detailed explanations, ensuring I fully understood the situation before making a decision. By far the best mechanic experience I've had in New Zealand.

I've been using Shane and the team to service and repair my two Volkswagen vans and my Ford for the past 3 years. They Always do a great job, work around my schedule and keep me fully informed. Thoroughly recommend them.

I would not recommend ever setting foot in this workshop. There is a good reason for the 1 & 2 star reviews. Their invoice was $231 just to diagnose the problem with their computer and tell me what I already knew. I was made to pay $200 before they would give me my key back and let me take my car. There is a word for this - Extortion! Be aware. Stay clear.
