Have had my vehicle here for a wof and a few services now, can’t recommend Forde Autos enough, service was amazing, easy to deal with and they give you there honest professional opinion what is needing done. This will now be our local garage for our vehicles and I’ll be recommending them to anyone that asks.

22/6/22.On the positive, approachable and forthcoming with advice, however on the negative , on taking a transmission out myself and delivering to Forde Auto, they took 5 weeks to replace 4 bearings and have a shaft re sleeved. Two of the bearings supplied and the other 2 available in town. MPE did the sleeve. The shaft sleeve cost $910 which was way over the top by MPE ( as a comparison in 2016 a shaft was sleeved for $225) I feel Forde Auto had poor cost control over outsourced work and the total cost of just under $1800 was excessive. Overall a very bad experience.Felt like gouging....
