What a fantastic company. I went in to get a quote on some damage to my rear bumper. It had become unclipped. Other companies quoted on repair or replacement. These guys looked at the damage and then proceeded to reattach the bumper back into place - at no cost. So thrilled with the attitude and so helpful. I would highly recommend Gisborne Smash Repairs. Nothing was too much trouble!

Had an urgent repair requirement after coming a bit too close to the garage entrance in my daughter's car. Just moved to the area; Gisborne Smash Repairs was the most recommended local business in a community forum. The trust was not misplaced. We dropped the car off on Tuesday after discussing the job and price. Got a call on Friday afternoon, several days before we expected to hear anything, saying the car was ready for pickup! A beautiful job, very friendly and helpful staff. Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Hopefully we never need to use them again, but if we do, they'll certainly be our first choice.
