Went in to ask for some advice on what could be wrong with my lock actuator. All i needed to hear was what could be wrong and how Auto Super Shoppe could help me out, in which case i would have had the work done. I got told very rudely that "no it can't be looked at without me paying them some money". No problem i'll take my business to a more friendly workshop.
