Paul was very helpful diagnosing the problem with my starter motor, and got me the parts needed for rebuild. It worked a treat and now my ute starts like a new one. Thanks 👍
Took my stater motor in to get checked out today. It was in and out very fast and I will definitely be coming back in the future:)
My car broke down at Orokonui Sanctuary and I had the car towed to HDL. They were able to sort it out by noon the next day. They were very efficient and called to let me know the cost before proceeding. Great service and fixed my two busted up engine coils right up. And didn't upsell me on spark plugs that I was sure they would try!
Highly recommend this company, I had a charging issue with my truck, Paul (manager) had one of his workers diagnosis the issue straight away, he spent approximately half an hour checking and identifying the issue, there was no charge for the diagnosis, (rarely seen these days), HDL were able to sorce replacement parts instantly and had my truck booked into the workshop the next day, I also had HDL look at another electrical problem, and this was also corrected and truck is running better than ever, Jacob who worked on my truck both times really did a thorough job and his work is impeccable, definitely an asset to HDL auto's , thanks team much appreciated...John
