I brought two of my my cars there for a wheel alignment, but the steering wheel was noticeably off-center after I picked it up. I gave them the opportunity to fix it, one car even after the second attempt, the wheel was still not straight (very slightly off), third attempt and it was find. As for the other car, the second attempt was find, but then about a week later, I notice that it was actually slightly off again like the other one. I ended up taking it to another shop where they were able to get it perfectly centered on the first try. It’s disappointing because the staff was polite, but I had spend extra time to bring it back to them and to elsewhere to get the job done correctly. If you're looking for precision, I’d suggest double-checking their work before leaving.

Overpriced and rude. I brought in two tyres (already off the car) to be fitted and balanced and agreed to the $60 per tyre charge, even though it seemed expensive. I asked if there was any possibility of a small discount since the wheels were already removed and the old tyres didn't need to be disposed of. The man at the reception dismissed the idea and confirmed it would remain $60 per tyre. I said that was fine and that I'd just pay since I was already there. He then responded, "You agreed to the price when you came in... we'll just stop it all if you want," and repeated that they would stop, even after I confirmed I was happy to proceed. He also added, "I've only been here 45 years" The work was completed, but the service was unnecessarily confrontational. Very poor customer service over a simple question, and the overall interaction felt intimidating.

I highly recommend this shop for alignment and tyre services. My car was driving noticeably off, but after a quick rotation and alignment here, it’s back to driving smoothly. I was impressed by how quickly they got me in and out without compromising on quality. It’s hard to find a reliable mechanic, so I’m glad I found this place. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance.

Took my car in today with a slow leak and couldn’t be happier with the service. Customer service was amazing — friendly, helpful, and efficient. They fixed the tyre and also checked all the others, which I really appreciated. Very thankful and impressed. Highly recommend.
