Senses Faulty / Poor Communication: Unfortunately my experience was underwhelming. Took my car in for a windscreen repair for a job that should have taken 3-4 hours instead took over 6 hours due to the wrong windscreen being ordered. On top of this the car camera and senses are playing up and on letting them know I was told they would have to book it into one of their other garages to have it calibrated correctly. I am yet to hear from them, this is after already following up with them to give me a booking time. I also had to follow up on my initial appointment regarding the time as no one from the windscreen repair got back to me confirm booking time so original time was missed and changed.
Got messed around by smith and smith earlier this year because everything is online. Gave up and came to these guys. Easy done. Had to get my windscreen redone the other week, rang them up had all my details took 2 mins to order a new one. Hassle free, and you get to speak to an actual person!
The team at instant windows are amazing, went above and beyond to fix the rear drivers window of my Mazda, through insurance it was going to take over a week for the glass, and cost almost double. Instant windows had the glass delivered and fitted 2 days after the request, even after a minor hiccup (glass didn't fit, through no fault of their own) they were very accommodating working around my work schedule. I appreciate being able to get to work again. Would highly recommend to anyone needing glass replacement. Thanks Guys!!!
