A disapointing experience... initially very negative about being able to find parts should they be required which was quite off-putting. The set of HT leads they supplied were extremely overpriced at >$400 +gst. I don't feel their pricing was very reasonable at all... maybe they just didn't want the job? I don't know, but I certainly won't be using their services again.

My partner dropped off his Mini for a WOF last week, and when picking it up, in addition to the WOF fee, they also charged an extra $145 technician fee (pls see the attached list of services). I'm a bit confused because I thought the usual process was that, if there were any issues with the WOF, they would fail the WOF and provide a list of problems, and I could then choose how to repair them. Instead they just charged this fee directly to make the WOF pass, which makes me uncomfortable. Given that no materials were used, I also feel the $145 service fee itself a bit unreasonable (though I could be wrong).

A month ago came in to get my brakes replaced. I called and said that they were making very grindy noises and they worked to fix it fast and at a good rate. Today I showed up just they were closing. They literally opened up everything to help fill my bike tires! They didn't charge anything. Helpful chaps!

I took my car to Khandallah Garage after it failed it's WOF at VTNZ. Kevin took the time to explain the WOF process. He replaced the faulty part and retained the faulty part so I could see the problem that needed to be addressed. I found Kevin's approach and communication style very helpful.

Kevin and the team are always very helpful and very fair in pricing. He worked hard to find the best part for my Subaru Outback for the best price.
