Had a fantastic experience with the team over the last few days, especially as it was so close to New Years. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially if you are travelling around in your car/camper. I was incredibly lucky they picked up on a Saturday afternoon and agreed to have a look at the car. They were happy to explain and show me where the issues were. It was super interesting to be able to look under the car! They were able to get the parts needed for me to be able to drive up to Auckland. I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off or treated like an idiot. They listened to my concerns and were thoroughly checking the car for additional issues. Special thanks to Harold :)

My car was returned with a dirty condition on steering wheel, door frame, and a few more places. There were also serious scratches underneath the front left corner. I used to have great service there, but this time I was so disappointed.

Great experience. I had moved from Auckland where a family business had looked after my car for years so I was nervous about finding a new mechanic. Easy to book in and the guys made me feel welcome. They took initiative and fixed the things that needed fixing to get a warrant. The mechanic was fastidious and polite. The invoice was very reasonable given everything they did. I was impressed and definitely recommend Kilbirnie Motors. Thank you.

Joey , Nathan & Harold are extremely welcoming, honourable and thorough. They communicated extremely well with me and treated me with great respect. I don’t know anything about cars so it is quite intimidating going to a mechanic as I don’t understand what they are talking about at all. They explained to me everything in detail and would talk with me until I was satisfied. They pretty much taught me everything and shared industry secrets ! haha! They are perfect for every customer and my experience was truly wholesome. Kilbrnie motors for life !

The most efficient, time saving, convenient and helpful mechanics I have ever been to. Kilbirnie motors have saved me on many occasions, from breakdowns to towing as well as making sure my vehicle is safe. Kilbirnie motors have provided a service that far exceeds any expectation I had for my vehicle. They have worked around my children and accomodated and met our needs.
