Took my Ride-on clutch with broken wires to Auth Dealer and told cannot be fixed & to buy replace' and pay $800. Took to Birchalls and new wires soldered on with advice, it may work...or not. Still working 3 years later for $100.

I took my vehicle in to have the controller that turns the AC on/off tightened. Nothing at all was wrong with the AC itself and no previous issues whatsoever. I take in my vehicle with AC working no issue at all. Simply to get the controller tightened. When I pick it up the AC is completely not working. The electrician states that its a common issue with these vehicles. I reply, what a coincidence this issue happens within the 5 hour timeframe the vehicle has been here with no prior issue to the AC previous in the entire 1 and half years ive owned it. I believe without a doubt the electrician tampered with the AC causing it not to work so that I have to go back and spend more money to get it fixed. This is a common practise with a lot of mechanics to ensure customers spend more taking advantage of the fact customers lack mechanical knowledge and cant prove any wrong doing. Genuinely disgusted but not suprised either.
