Turkey flew into campervan windscreen near Taihape on our trip to Taupo. Rang all the Novus outlets - Taihape, Feilding were helpful but booked 8 days ahead. Manawatu got the job done in 3 days!

Great people to deal with, very friendly and efficient. Due to bad weather parts did not arrive as expected.We were kept fully informed. There is Council carpark that allows overnight parking at their back door. This made finding a place to stay in our motorhome very handy
